Cid, Nothing so far has come even close to what we experienced, and for all I can tell even though many have been here for a few years now, they too could not have expected something of this magnitude.

Will be well, in time. I like not the future it showed us, and do not wish for such a thing to come to pass. Though this is perhaps the less popular opinion in the wake of it.
An opinion you and I share. I've spoken to some who feel the same, but I fear you may have the right of it.

I can't say I've much to offer that would be any comfort... However, I hear that we're due to visit Nocwich soon. I've not been as yet. Can I trouble you to accompany me? Perhaps a walk would do some good for us both.
Cid, It was not long after my arrival that I was told the way this world works and our place in it was not cause for concern, and that the natives were content. I cannot believe that godhood only falling on the shoulders of those who do not belong here is right. The note left in our Horizons after only makes me more certain.
